Step 1: Start Setup
Click the Getting Started button in the top right corner, then select the first option.

Step 2: Add Knowledge Base
Select your helpdesk platform and enter your Knowledge Base URL in the URL field.

Step 3: Train Agent
Click Train on Agent to begin training your AI Helply agent.

Step 4: Crawl Website
If you are not using a Help Desk for your Knowledge Base, click the Crawl Website tab, enter your Knowledge Base URL, and select Fetch Links.

Step 5: Training Material
Helply will call your website and add all links as training material.

Step 6: Complete Training
Once satisfied with the training, click Train in the top right corner.

Step 7: Test Agent
Test your AI agent in the Preview window after training completion.

Step 8: Customize Agent
Change the agent name and primary color as needed, then click Next.

Step 9: Connect Help Desk
Select the appropriate integration, click Connect, and enter your API key.

Step 10: Verify API Key
Select Verify to confirm your API key, then click Connect.

Step 11: Select Inbox
Click the Inbox dropdown, select your inbox, and click Save.

Step 12: Launch Agent
Click the Launch button and copy the JavaScript snippet for your website.

Step 13: Advanced Integration
Click Advanced Integration options for additional features.

Step 14: Final Test
After adding the widget code, test it on your website to ensure it works.
